1. SALMON

2. HIGH FAT CONTENT FOODS
Foods filled with excess fat makes the body take in more calories and also affect hormonal activities in the body. Some fats are harmful to the human body and therefore should be avoided. Try as much ass possible to reduce the intake of foods with processed oil. OLIVE OIL AND CANNOLA OIL ARE THE BEST AND SHOULD BE USED IN SMALL QUANTITIES
3. SOY
Soy is high in protein and can alter homonal activities in the body especially when one wants to balance hormonal changes in their body
4. MEAT, EGGS
Protein is good but not all of them are good for us as we age. Instead of high animal protein, swap to plant protein like beans,sweet potatoes, potatoes which gives you the same amount of protein needed for proper body functioning.
NB: Good rest, peace of mind and regular healthy sex have a great impact on ones ability to get pregnant even after going through all procedures and preparations to get pregnant.
